Frequently asked questions

Does Marvin issue electronic invoices valid for Paraguay's tax authority?

Marvin works with SIFEN: it signs each document when issued, sends it in batches and checks the result. Production use is set up with your company's certificate and CSC.

Does it work for a company with several branches?

Yes. It organises groups, companies and branches, and every operation is recorded in the right branch.

Can I work in guaraníes and dollars?

Yes. Prices, sales and receipts support several currencies with their exchange rate.

How do the WhatsApp collection reminders work?

Each instalment has a status and Marvin sends reminders before and after the due date. It requires WhatsApp Business set up with Meta.

Do I pay for modules I don't use?

No. The core covers daily operations and add-on modules are enabled per company only when hired.
