Hadros Solutions® — Privacy
Privacy and measurement
Updated
We measure how this site is used with Pulse, a tool we built ourselves. We use no tracking cookies, install no third-party pixels and sell no data. If you don't want us to measure your browser, switch it off with the button at the end of this page.
What we measure
- The pages and sections you see, how long you are active on each and how far you scroll.
- Clicks, as a relative position on the screen, to learn what works and what doesn't.
- Where you came from: a search engine, a social network, another site, a campaign link (UTM) or an ad's click identifier.
- Your device, in general terms: type, operating system, browser, screen size and language.
- Approximate country, region and city, and the network you browse from (your internet provider or your company), worked out from your IP.
- Loading times and page errors.
What we don't do
- We don't store your IP address: our server uses it for an instant to work out the approximate location, then discards it.
- We use no tracking cookies and no fingerprinting.
- We install no pixels from Google, Meta or any other company.
- We don't read what you type or record your screen.
- We don't sell data or combine it with other sites' data.
Your browser's identifier
To recognise a returning visit we keep a random identifier in your browser's local storage (localStorage). It holds no personal data and only this site reads it. Delete it whenever you like by clearing the site's data or with the button below.
If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we store nothing on your device: the visit is counted anonymously and that count cannot be linked to visits on other days.
Codes in WhatsApp and e-mail
When you tap a WhatsApp or e-mail button, we add a short code to the message, for example #M-7K2QF. It tells us which visit you wrote from, so we know which campaigns work. You can delete it before sending.
Google and Meta ads
If you arrived from a Google or Meta ad and then contacted us, we tell them only that the click ended in a contact: the click identifier, the type of result, the time, a value and, for Meta, the browser type. We never send them your IP or personal data, and we don't do it for anonymous visits or browsers that send Global Privacy Control.
Legal basis
We measure on the basis of legitimate interest: understanding and improving our site and our campaigns. In Brazil, that is the LGPD's legitimate interest (art. 7, IX); in Paraguay we follow the same principles of Law 7593/2025 on personal data protection. You can object at any time with the button below.
How long we keep data
- Clicks: 90 days.
- Visits, pages and events: 13 months.
- After that, only daily totals, without identifiers.
Where it is stored and who sees it
In a Supabase database in São Paulo, Brazil. The site runs on Railway. Only the Hadros team sees individual visits; BI analysis uses views without personal data.
Your rights
